It’s no great secret that the majority of health and fitness revolves around what you put into your body. Likewise, getting at least 10,000 steps a day is a well-established norm for maintaining a healthy body. If you are busy working multiple jobs or hustling on the side to reduce debt, it can be hard to find time to focus on fitness. Fortunately, getting all those steps in isn’t as hard as it sounds.
Don’t pick the closest parking spot when you have to go somewhere, park farther away and walk. Try to take the stairs whenever that is an option. Learning to enjoy walking and watching what you eat are two of the best things you can do for your health and will improve your mental health and focus as well.
